A plain-language summary of how we work together. Full contractual terms are confirmed per project in your quote and engagement agreement.
Quotes & pricing
Package prices are starting points and exclude GST. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote. Print, signage and physical production costs may vary depending on size, quantity, materials and installation.
Scope & revisions
Each engagement defines the deliverables, revision rounds and timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Projects typically begin on receipt of a deposit, with the balance due on completion or per agreed milestones. Specific terms are set out in your quote.
Ownership & licensing
Final approved brand assets are licensed to you on full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
AI-assisted work
We may use AI-assisted tools for research, concepts, content structure, mockups and workflow support. Final creative direction, approvals and production-ready deliverables remain human-reviewed by Vivid Icon.
Project files
Please only send files you have the right to share. Client-supplied logos, photography, copy, references and brand materials remain your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Signage
Signage-only projects are delivered through our dedicated signage brand, SignSpot, under its own terms.
