Pacific and Pasifika capability
Pacific and Pasifika design for brands, organisations and communities.
Vivid Icon is a Fijian-led Auckland creative studio with experience supporting Pacific businesses, publications, community organisations and initiatives.
We approach every project with respect for the specific identity, language, audience and context involved.
We support Pacific-owned businesses, churches, sports clubs, food brands, health providers, education teams, community trusts, events, retailers and purpose-led organisations that need design work to feel professional, culturally aware and ready for real-world use.
Led by Fijian Creative Director Shabbir Mohammed, our relevant experience includes Māori and Pacific community health branding, monthly Samoan publications, early branding development for Radio Samoa through Lui Ponifasio, and logo and branding work for Tonga Wrestling Federation through Vaka Lehauli.
We understand that Pacific communities are not one audience. Samoan, Tongan, Fijian, Cook Islands, Niuean, Tokelauan, Tuvaluan and other Pacific identities each carry their own language, story, visual cues and community expectations. Every project must reflect the particular people, culture, history and purpose it represents.
